Mira puts your vision board on your Home Screen, so the life you're building is the thing you see every time you pick up your phone.

My widget isn't changing

iOS decides when to refresh a widget, so a rotation can run a few minutes late — that part is normal. If it seems stuck for much longer:

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by Mira, so they're cancelled from your Apple account:

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Mira, then Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling during a free trial stops it before any payment is taken. You keep Premium until the period you've already paid for ends.

I paid but Premium isn't showing

Open Mira, go to Settings → Restore purchases, and make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. That also restores Lifetime on a new phone.

Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com — I can't issue them, but write to me if something went wrong and I'll help you sort it out.

Will I lose my board if I delete the app?

Yes. Everything Mira knows lives on your iPhone and nowhere else, so deleting the app deletes your board, your saved phrases and your settings. There's no account to sign back into. A purchase you've made is tied to your Apple Account, not the app, so Restore purchases brings Premium back.

Getting a new phone

An encrypted iPhone backup carries your board across. If you set the new phone up fresh instead, the board starts empty — use Restore purchases to bring Premium back.
